The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our top priority. So that you can enjoy your stay in our apartment house carefree, we inform here about special measures and precautions for this special time.

From March 5th, 2022, all corona measures will be lifted, with the exception of the FFP2 mask on public transport and in shops for daily needs (e.g. supermarket, post office, bank, pharmacy). However, the federal government recommends wearing FFP2 masks in all closed rooms.

CURRENT CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Due to the current situation around Covid19 we have adapted our cancellation conditions until the end of the summer season 2022 for you as follows. You can of course cancel your stay easily and free of charge up to 14 days before arrival if the following reasons apply:

  • A travel warning for Austria or Salzburg.
  • In the case of a border closure
  • In the case that the Corona traffic light for our district of St.Johann/Pg. is set to red.
  • In the case that the Gastein mountain railways would have to cease their operations
  • You yourself have to be quarantined due to an official decision

Should there be an acute change in the situation in a shorter period than 14 days or only DURING your holiday, the free cancellation period will of course be adjusted accordingly. Otherwise the regular cancellation conditions apply. We would like to point out that in the case of a government-imposed 2-G rule (vaccinated/healed), a non-existent vaccination is not considered a reason for cancellation.

WHERE CAN I GET TESTED IN GASTEIN?

Kurapotheke Bad Hofgastein

  • Kurapotheke, Pyrkerstraße 5
  • opening times: Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
  • Saturday 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. – The antigen rapid test and PCR-test is free of charge for people with an Austrian social security number; for all others, it costs € 30.00 (antigen test) per test and € 35.00 (PCR-test) per test.

Apotheke Badgastein

  • Kurapotheke Bad Gastein, Böcksteiner Bundesstraße 1C
  • opening times: Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm; Saturday 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. & 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • The antigen rapid test and PCR-test is free of charge for people with an Austrian social security number; for all others, it costs € 35.00 per test.

USE OF OTHER SERVICES

If you use other services during your stay (restaurants, thermal baths, mountain huts, Gasteiner Heilstollen etc.) separate proofs are necessary according to the regulation.
